While I often doubt that people look at this blog, I'm kinda hoping a lot do now, since I'm asking for money!
I'm participating in an AIDS walk in Boston on June the 3rd, and I'm looking for donations. HIV/AIDS is a topic that has interested me since I read The Hot Zone in high school and went on to read And the Band Played On, learned about the people affected by this disease, and studied some more up on it college.
I'm shooting for a $500 fundraising goal provided completely by donations. And for those of you who have seen The Office, it's not a "money-by-mile" thing, it's a total donation thing, so please don't tell me you'll donate fifty cents a mile and don't be afraid to lay down the big cash!!
