Have I mentioned how much I hate moving? First off, a house always has fun little surprises for you, and they are never good.
Remember the door rot issue? That was great fun. Now, 1 day into the new house, and we sense the power of the air conditioner depleting. Turns out, the previous owners had ignored a leak that blocked up the whole system, AND, drum roll......the system will have to be entirely replaced next summer - yay!
Moving is always tough, and I hate that our house looks like this:
