Ridiculous Conversations

Nurse: The doctor you were supposed to see next week is on night shifts next week.

Me (internally): Then why did you schedule me with him?  (externally): Ok, let's reschedule

Nurse: How about tomorrow?

Me: I can't tomorrow.

Nurse: How about tomorrow afternoon?

Me: Um....still can't.

Nurse:  But the doctor is on night shifts next week.

Me:  Sigh...are there any other days of the year the doctor is working during the day?

Nurse: (pauses).......November 6th.
