Today's mantra is "Let It Be."
I'm so stressed out today, having four classes, a lot of research to do, shopping that needs done, fingerprints that need to be taken (don't ask), etc etc etc and already my day was going downhill when I went into the T station this morning. Lucky for me, the local musician was playing a beautiful rendition of "Let It Be" that reminded me to calm down, and let everything that happens just BE.
So, although I still have a lot to do, I know it will all get done, that things will be fine, and that reacting in a stressed out manner won't make it any easier.
Let it be, today!
